Amanda was absolutely wonderful. She was always available, answered every question, and went above and beyond for my dad after he passed suddenly. She told him how much we loved him, and that his girls were taking care of him. She thought of everything, and made it all so much easier. The video they made for his services was incredible. I felt blessed to have them supporting us during such a difficult time. I could never repay their kindness.

My family was so fortunate to have Erik Huehns shepherd us through the difficult days following my mothers recent passing. He handled absolutely everything, including arranging the service with her church. Although working under a tight timeline, he was calm, patient, caring, and incredibly efficient in attending to every detail. We will always be grateful for everything he did for us.

Funeral director was obviously perturbed that the family opted to film the service as opposed to having the funeral home record it. Director was rude, and didn't seem to have a good handle on what was coming next as the service proceeded. It's unfortunate that when you're vulnerable after a sudden and tragic death that the people you trust to help you with an important event lack empathy and professionalism.

Our circumstances were difficult and unique. Todd Huehns relieved the pressure and stress by facilitating our needs. The Huehns staff made themselves available by phone and email to answer questions, to reassure, and to make recommendations. Since details are very important to us, we were given the extra time we needed to make decisions and to achieve our personal touches. The live streamed Mass and the photo slideshow were appreciated by many and reviewed repeatedly by family and friends. Thank you Todd Huehns, family, and staff for your compassion, kindness, and flexibility.
