Both Dr. Pletta and Dr. Raman have been stellar with my newborn son (and me, a first time mom, if I'm being honest). They go above and beyond to make you feel cared for, are fantastic listeners, and their love for their job and patients is palpable. They are also wonderful at de-escalating fears, follow up, and answer my many questions patiently every time.

My sister went here to get her glasses and the lady who was supposed to take care of her frames was extremely rude to her. Refused to help her. Nearly closed the gate on her. Honestly I would NEVER EVER recommend going here for glasses unless you want to be treated with so much disrespect. The lady made it sound like my sister was an inconvenience for trying to get her glasses frame. There was a line out the door and she was closing the gate on them! Honestly super dissapointed. DO NOT GO HERE FOR GLASSES. We will never return.

Dr. Karen Pletta is one of the best pediatricians we've ever had. She performs thorough examinations, takes her time with us, gives us opportunities to ask questions, and has even called me more than once to explain test results that are concerning. We don't feel rushed and we don't feel forgotten after we're out the door. In fact, because of her diligence, we discovered that my daughter has a heart condition. Having a good relationship with our pediatrician gives me piece of mind. Thank you, Dr. Pletta! We appreciate you so much!
