Old National Bank

I have made neg reviews about Old National Bank Stoughton 2 yrs ago. and kept them for banking needs for 2 more yrs, But with my recent experience with them it made me wonder, finally decided to say goodbye, and will not do any more banking bussiness or will trust them with safety deposit box, When I went in to withdraw money to pay my property tax, I noticed that there’s $ 500.00 withdrawn on my account. When I first brought it up, the teller and manager, told me that someone withdrawn the money, but they could not provide to show me a withdrawal slip of $500.00. they did not act right away to investigate as to what happened, so I called their Main Branch and talk to their higher up manager, while on the phone with her I went back inside the bank for the second time, have them talk and find and fix the discrepancy, well, the manager that did the transaction deposited the $500.00 to someone’s else account. Was that an honest mistake? It seems shady to me. This bank never have any tellers and managers with good customers service skills..and shady people on top of it. People beware of this Bank.

I had been with Anchor Bank all my life until Old National took over. We've had nothing but headaches since. Not the staff's fault. Old National makes you jump through miltiple hoops for everything. There are fees for everything. Not to mention the one day hold on checks is the WORST! Not customer friendly banking at all. Currently switching to Summit and love the ease of use they provide!

Not happy with their system, when u make a deposit the receipt doesn't show your total balance, I understand that it takes 2-3 days to clear a check u deposited, but I suggested since they took over the Anchor Bank to still have to come up with new system where the receipt shows the deposited amount, the balance, then the total balance of your acct. cashiers are not very attentive, I was there on the lobby on a Sat. @ 11:45 there were 2 costumers at the lobby and one waiting outside window, there were 3 cashiers, but only one busy working and dealing with costumer, while I was standing, trying to figure out where are the other 2 cashiers when there were 2 more people waiting for long time, one costumer got a little bit agitated for waiting to long, but the mngr. did not handle it the right way, giving lame excuse, did not apologize for not attending to her where she should have been. I think that the costumers requests and complains never get to the upper level managements. We were banking with Anchor Bank for 25-30 yrs. never have any issues or problem, we also have our mortgage with them. I am wondering if any Bank in Stoughton have this same system. I'm wondering if Stoughton people are happy with this Bank.

There phone service sucks and my card isn't working even tho I have plenty of money on it.
