Wilson mutual has refused to pay hail damage to my roof. I would stay as far away as I could from this insurance company! I will be taken it to the Minnesota attorney general's office today.

Beware, Worst insurance company. Filed a claim and adjuster said I did not have coverage. When I showed him I did have coverage in my policy he accepted that I did. After I called him out on initially denying coverage he then took it personal and looked for any excuse to deny coverage. After they found a way to deny coverage, they would no longer allow me to send them information regarding cause of loss and began withholding information on an investigation of cause of loss. I have filed complaints and will be taking legal action. Beware of this companies business ethics

Have been insured with Wilson Mutual for years. Have never had a claim, so cannot comment on claim service but am very satisfied with cost.
