A family member referred me to UnitedOne Credit Union when I recently was seeking an auto loan. I actually had an auto loan set up with the car dealership prior to learning about UnitedOne. After talking with Josh at UnionOne, he offered me a ridiculously low interest rate for my new auto loan which was over 1% less than what the car dealership was offering me. As a result, I went with UnitedOne instead of the car dealership financing. Josh was extremely knowledgeable, and he approved me for the loan over the phone very quickly. During the credit approval process, Josh saw that I had an existing car loan for my other vehicle, and he offered me the chance to refinance that loan at the same low interest rate as the new car I was about to purchase! Between the two auto loans, Josh and UnitedOne will be saving me thousands of dollars over the life of the loan period as a result of him getting my rate down so low. During the loan origination process, Josh responded to my e-mails and phone calls within minutes. The entire process was transparent and easy. In order to obtain the check to purchase my new car, I went to one of the UnitedOne branches where Kim greeted me. She and the entire staff were extremely friendly, and I was in and out of the credit union within minutes. Lastly, I interacting with Nue (the person responsible for auto titling) on the phone, and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Can never talk to a teller or representative. They put you in a loop to talk with same robot over and over again.
