Gary and his son were wonderful! After checking out each fireplace and cleaning one, Gary showed me how to use the dampeners and made it so easy to understand. Highly recommend, and will definitely use again! :)

All-around excellent.
Great communication when setting up the appointment, punctual, and personable.
Walked me through anything I needed to know about my chimney, provided a documented inspection and recommendations, kept my white carpet clean, and even shared the science behind the acidity of creosote and how some chemicals remove it from your chimney!
