As a 17 year old girl waiting on a ride in 2 degree weather it is BEYOND unprofessional for the cab company caller to be so rude. To to tell me they would be here in 30 to 40 minutes which is fine! But Me calling at 40 minutes asking how long still, and him getting mad yelling and threatening to cancel my cab. Me then waiting another 25 minutes after asking him to please keep my ride cause it’s freezing and still no show. Now have to find a way home. Never going through them again.

Where do I start....oh yeah, called the late afternoon day BEFORE, set up a 4:30am ride... called for an update at 4:34am, was told he'll be there in 10 mins...so here it is 5:02am and he shows up!!! Now hoping I don't miss my flight, he wants to make small talk! Mfker do you know you're 32 mins LATE?!!? Thanks to the airport for their understanding, they made a special exception and let me check in, as they stopped checking in @ 5:00am!!! DON'T use All American Taxi, unless you want to be LATE!!!!!!
