Awful. Ordered flowers and they looked nothing like the picture online.. not even close. Most of the time an arrangement can be tweaked if flowers are out, etc. but no. This was absurd. I called and complained.. asked them to make it right to only have them deliver another fugly arrangement.

Placed an order online for my mother-in-laws birthday. I was able to pick the same date as the delivery option so I went ahead with the order. This was on a Tuesday at around 12:30. Almost 24 hrs later, we got a call that the recipient received them. I contacted them asking why they were not delivered on time and they said I had picked the 8th as my delivery option. No, I did not! And I promptly sent the screenshot of the date being the 7th. They then told me they use a third party service for online orders and they did not receive the request until 3:58 pm. If I had known this, I certainly would have gone elsewhere to make sure they got there on the correct date. They couldn't even offer to refund the delivery charge. AND - the policy should be stated on all pages and in their description. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
