Never have any of us been treated so badly, rudely, and inappropriately in a restaurant or any other public or private place. It was so bad, that it borders on comical. We had one hour from arrival to departure based upon an afternoon theater reservation, and made it known. Waitress argued about a groupon voucher to start with, very small salads arrived with quite a bit of water on the plate, toasted bread sat in the water, but we said nothing about it, oh well. After a 45 minute wait, our food came out leaving us with 6 minutes to eat, less time if you figure in paying the bill. Two of us ate about 3 bites, two of us refused the food. The waitress yelled at us and then the chef came out of the kitchen and was down right abusive. Unbelievable! I have never been treated like this by some one I have never met in my 57 years, seriously! We were told to NEVER step foot in their establishment ever again. Okay, no problem with that. Oh, you might want to bring your coffee with you, because it isn't offered again after the first cup. The play at the Festival Theater made the day wonderful, despite the ridiculously awful start at the Winery and Grill. Shame on them . . .

My wife and I showed up for dinner last year (Oct. 2012) and had a great time. So naturally we went there this fall, but this time we had lunch. There was no one to seat us, so we simply sat down at an open table. The waitress took our order, shortly after we sat down (they do not serve coffee any more by the way). We ordered the sausage plate appetizer ($18). This plate had the equivalent of 1.5 brats worth of sausage cut up, rye toast, 4 small pieces of pickled herring, and a small cup of spreadable cheese. This is not worth anywhere near $18. Then we ordered the Hunter's Venison Stew ($10) thinking that would be a bowl. We were wrong, it was a cup. Again, way overpriced. I will not be going there any more. I normally try to go to local dining establishments when I travel, however I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE!

My wife, I and another couple enjoyed dinner on their patio last night. We had the Bavarian Pork Chops and 3 of us shared a bargain priced bucket of 4 Octoberfest Beers. The food was frankly outstanding, the beer terrific, the setting delightful and the price reasonable. Our server was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. We were also treated to a guitar/vocalist who was excellent. We highly recommend the Indian!

This place is horrible, I have to say it has been a long time since I have taken the time to write a review on a place but my date and I had the worst service I have seen in a long time. It started with a Groupon, you needed to make a reservation but to do that they need to actually answer the phone and there is no answering machine. So we decided to drive up on Saturday on the motorcycle and just stop in….the owner looked appalled but said she would fit us in but she didn’t know if she had enough time to serve us, sorry but I have worked as a server and this place was dead for 3 servers. After a long wait we were told we can go to the bar and get our 6…1oz….wine tastes (you got to be kidding me a shot glass size!)…our plate came and had little more than the 2 pretzels, a few pieces of cheese, and a few pieces of meat…(nothing tasted very special). And the final straw…the waitress placed the free glasses on our table that had their logo on it that was part of the Groupon…but the owner came by and took those and replaced them with some of the free leinenkugel's glasses they get from the brewing company…oh and the $10 off of beer or wine, ya a 6 pack of Nordeast was $15. This place is a joke so save your money….we drove down the road and got a great lunch at the Tippy Canoe in Osceola…now that place had awesome some food and service.
