Got a quote on a fence that seemed reasonable. When attempting to pay the deposit for the fence when we were out of town, the company stated that there was a 3% convenience fee to pay with a card over the phone. I figured thats fine, their loss to have to wait multiple days to get cash in their account.
After the fence was installed, it turns out that they punctured one of our sprinkler lines when installing the fence posts. They are not paying to have it repaired, so I paid someone to damage my property which now I have to get fixed, and probably compromise the integrity of those fence posts that I now have to dig around to get to the sprinkler line.
Horrible company that doesn't care about the customer, and slams you with additional fees instead of just building those fees into the quote to bypass the stress for the customer of last minute added costs.
Stay away at all cost, they just want their money and to gtfo.

$400 for an hours worth of digging a couple holes? How is that a valid labor rate when there are no materials involved.
My comment below in an email stating that the fence looked great was in reference to the appearance/quality of materials, which is good. It wasn't until days later that I noticed the sprinkler line being broken as it took time for the water to make its way to the surface. My 1-star review is in reference to your company not taking responsibility for the $60-$80 it would cost to fix the sprinkler line yourselves in service of your customers, and instead saying "not my problem". Have you ever thought that the reason you only get 5% customers using cards is because of your extra fees and not the other way around? I stand by my statements and review of your business.
Call me a keyboard warrior if you want, but this is all I can do to help others not fall into the same trap of dealing with people that won't take responsibility for their actions.
I have learned a lesson to always read the fine print, and make sure that any release of obvious liability that people should have is red-lined and put into a signed notarized document that can be used to take people like you to court. Service: Wood fence

These guys did an outstanding job with the install of our new chain link fence! They were responsive and helpful throughout the whole process as we had questions and needs to be addressed. I would definitely recommend to anybody in the area!

Croix Area Fence installed a cedar privacy fence in my backyard. Galvanized posts were driven 4' into ground - below frost line. Excellent quality. Took the time to make sure the job was done right! Fence looks great on inside and outside. Give them a call for a great value.
