Horrible place. Worst clinic ever. They mail a prescription with 2 days to refill. And there is xmas and the weekend. Still no prescription at the pharmacy. How out of touch are their nurses they think 3 days is enough time for a letter in xmas season!!!!!!! Just horrible. Always horrible. Just tried to leave a letter at the Lakewood’s center. Won’t let you go in, and then a lady came out to help another person. So I got out and tried to talk to the lady. She quickly ran I to the building like the letter I had in my hand was a gun!!!! Ridiculous don’t even inquire why you are there or what you need. Runs away actually just ridiculous.

We scheduled a 3pm drive-through covid test before international travel. Paid $40 each to register in the system. Nursing staff was very kind. Expected results within 36 hours...got them in 7:45am the next morning.

Do not go here. They charged me over $100 for covid test, which they admitted they get a grant for...they are trying to double dip.... very corrupt!!!! Then they charged me $350 to see a doctor and would only give me a 5% discount. You have other options!! You can go to Shell Lake Indianhead Medical clinic and pay around $140 cash to see a real doctor. Marshfield is way over priced and would not give me a reasonable discount, even after talking to a manager. They send you a bill with an amount only. I had to call to see what the bill was for. I’m going to report them to Better Business Bureau for them charging patients for the covid test when they are getting a grant to cover the cost of the tests. THAT IS WRONG!!

Hope bill is straightened out, but my experience with this clinic is bad” was for my son who was tested for COVID ‘ he got tested inJuly - then got bill for 108.00 in August paid within couple weeks” ( was negative) but thought everything was done with ‘ but then received bill for 224.00 on November 13- and 3nd on November 15-16th, the second saying would be turned over to collections”( finally described the 224.00 was for office visit- new patient ?) was no description on bill for what type of service the 224.00 was for till he called’ so waited a bit to make sure- then that bill paid On December 20 th, and cleared on January 5th’ ( got copy of check) thinking all was taken care of, got multiple calls from Colection co. Told them was paid , so again thought being done, but about 10 days later Collection s called again, check had account number and cleared’ Collection co. Was to call clinic , better get their records and billing straight- one more thing how can you get a 2nd bill 3 months after services “ after initial payment was received’
