They schedule appointments without asking, my husband always has problems with them losing his repeat orders for blood draws and they are extremely difficult to schedule his iron infusions which he needs 4xs per year.

Bad experience to get a referral locally. The billing department was smug after sending me a $327.00 bill. It was so bad I contacted the State of Wisconsin Consumer Protection Trade. When the billing representative said "if your not happy go find another doctor " I did consult with Cynthia the QUALITY care representative of Marshfield Clinic Health System. She is in denial.

I have waited 2 years for my wisdom tooth removal. Today, I finally had my consultation at the Rhinelander location. When I was called into the back, I sat down and the appointment got started. The oral surgeon had the wrong referral, was highly rude and non-understanding, and did not treat me as a normal person, but more like a bug on the wall. She used swear words while in conversation with me and told me basically that I am not giving honest answers, when Ive given her the best answer to her question possible. This definitely IS NOT a place I would take any of my family (if I had children) and a place that I will never be returning to after this. I was highly disappointed, and Ive been looking forward to this appointment for a long time.
