Went in Saturday afternoon to purchase a handgun. Store was nearly empty- not busy at all.
Picked one out, filled out all paperwork, state and federal background check went through very quickly.
Told we had to wait for a manager to come finish the sale, and so we walked around for a bit. Came back and was told that we were still waiting for a manager.
Started walking around a second time and noticed multiple groups of 3-5 employees standing around chit chatting, some of which looked like management.
We just needed someone to walk us out- it would have taken 2 minutes.
We started shopping at L&M because of poor customer service at Fleet Farm. Going forward, I will only support local establishments that may cost more money but still have GOOD customer service.
Tired of management everywhere acting like customers are on their time when it should be the other way around.
