Overall terrible experience. Set up an appointment two weeks and advance, Took a day off of work, went to my appointment and tax lady was a no-show. Dropped my paperwork off anyway trying to be understanding, said they would get it taken care of that night. I did not hear anything back and had to call multiple times to check on things and even then would not get answers. Finally taxes are due and I have not heard anything and emailed the week before and no response. It wasnt until I dropped in and threatened to pick my paperwork up where she fought ill them that day. Fortunately they had filed an extension, but I do not have complicated taxes in it should have been done the day of my appointment.

If I could take stars away I would. Called multiple times, left multiple voicemails for Angie, sent emails all asking why our taxes are taking so long or if something was wrong. Nothing. Our stuff was there for so long I finally decided it was time to take our business elsewhere since Angie wouldnt call us back. The best part is an extension was filed for the taxes and she didnt even do that right because we just got that back and it was denied because she filed it after the due date. Wow, simply wow. This place is a perfect example of a business that doesnt care about you or your business. Want the job done go to Lutz in Mauston.
