I Ordered online..It was a 4 piece CRISPY meal that included 2 mash potatoes and 2 biscuits. Pulled up to the drive thru to tell them I was there to pick up the order. The person immediately said that they were out of Biscuits and white meat. I said just give me tenders in place of the white meat. The person acted like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to substitute the tenders, saying "Im not supposed to do this but.." I then substituted the biscuits for fries.
I got the food and to my surprise it was Original recipe instead of the Extra Crispy that I ordered. The fries were stale and I took one bite of the Original recipe thigh, it was the nastiest slimiest chicken that Ive ever had! I immediately spit it out. Overall our experience here was horrible and I will never go to this particular KFC establishment again.
