Best Buy Mobile

The way this Best Buy Mobile operates is appalling. Their customer service is worst I've experienced in a long time. Normally if I have a bad experience at a store, I'm one to move past it because we all have bad days. BUT EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to interact with anyone from that Best Buy, it's terrible. Between the employees being too busy with their own personal conversations and then seeing them just wander in, around, and out of their store when they damn please; it's honestly shocking they have time to make sales to say open. Not to mention, I don't know a single business these days that DOESN'T greet their customer when they walk into their store but don't worry, this Best Buy Mobile won't! 9 times out of 10 when I enter the store the employee who is working gets up from the PUBLIC BENCH IN THE MALL and walks in right after me with an attitude like I just interrupted their precious hang out time. Also don't waste your time with the manager, it's clear they can barely manage their own self, let alone an entire staff of unmotivated workers. If you want to be treated with respect, care and in a timely manner, I recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE for any of your mobile needs. There's even a Best Buy store with a mobile shop in it right across the street, JUST GO THERE. I guarantee if you go there you'll never be stuck waiting outside a store that is supposed to be open, for the manager to return from their Starbucks run they took during the hours of operation. At the end of it all, I now know that this Best Buy Mobile and staff cares more about their personal needs than any business willing to walk through their door. I feel like I'm doing them a favor by even giving them 1 star because if I could give them 0, I would. A big fat ol' 0 is what they deserve and I hope no one else ever has to waste their time dealing with those associates who work at this location.
