I am so fortunate to have this clinic as a resource. The staff and students listen with intent to help and heal. Over the years I have benefited from their care for overall health, balance and wellness and very specific health concerns. Throughout the treatment they remained focus on my comfort level. I am grateful for their attentive care and genuine concern for my well being. Thank you to all.

To start - be prepared to need a monster truck to enter their parking lot. I barely made it in, and I realize we got a lot of snow but their definition of snow removal leaves a lot to be desired. Huge mountains you can’t see around, a path barely larger than a car to squeeze through. The building itself is cold, they must try to save money by keeping their heat low. When I mentioned the dangerous parking lot a staff member said I should be grateful it was cleared at all this fast (this is an entire day after it snowed and everywhere else has clear parking lots). The staff is very unprofessional. Do not go here for education or treatment.

If I had the option of not giving any stars I would. My husband and I visited the clinic as walk in patients, since the clinics website indicated walk-ins were welcome and clinic hours were until 10pm. We arrived around 7, I started my husbands paperwork while he spoke with the front desk. The "supervisor" kept confusing him with the 6:30 appointment that had already been taken in. She also, after finding out he is fasting, that he couldn't be seen if he hadn't eaten anything. He asked if he could go grab a bite to eat and come back. There were about 6 people behind the desk and all were responding "oh, yeah, no problem" . I took the paperwork with and completed it while we ate. By the way, be prepared to fill out about 4 pages of questions on your history. It took about an hour total and we were back at the clinic by 8:15. Now the "supervisor" tells us it's too late to take you in we're closing up. They were the ones to advise him to eat, let him leave without telling him that he needed to be back by a certain time or they wouldn't see him, etc. And she goes on to say defensively when we mentioned the website says they don't close until 10pm - "well... you were a 6:30 appointment and you didn't get here until 8 and our last patient left. And we stop taking patients at 7 pm so we can clean up when we're done" - Just be forewarned that this "supervisor" has no empathy or care for the patient, will tell you one thing and do something completely different. I wouldn't refer anyone to go here. It is a school and if the supervisors are anything like this one, then how can the students learn to empathize with their patients?
