Our lawn turned out horrible, we have erosion and multiple areas where the seed didn't take. He did some walls with pillars around our new patio and one is leaning. In the last 6 weeks, we've have called Tim multiple times and never got a response from him, last year he told us via email after we told him about the grass seed not taking, that he would do a "spring fix." When I emailed him, he text me that he would contact me, when he text me that he would follow up in a few weeks, he didn't. And still hasn't yet. I've spoken to Sarah after calling her multiple times, and she that in a few weeks he would come look at our yard to assess when he was in the area?? I mean, seriously?!! Who doesn't come over as soon as possible to address their work, be accountable, and want to keep a good name for their business in their local community and with their customers? We now have to hire someone else to fix their work and mistakes. Please don't go with this company. Oh and we also asked Tim if he would be taking out the silk fence and he tried burying it in the yard and how we can't even get it out. I've attached some pictures but this doesn't even do the poor workmanship justice.

Had all of my flower beds edged--the price was right although I had a fair bit of clean up of dirt chunks to tend to afterward. Having had a quote for almost 4x what Tim quoted me, I was pleased overall. He was prompt in coming by for the quote and completed the project quicker than expected.

Sarah and Tim you still own us credit $$$ for a portion of the project we both agreed upon was not necessary to complete. Please be upstanding, honest people and return our money. Sarah, you promised it would be sent to us two weeks ago and I am still waiting. Is this the kind of reputation you want for your business and family? Please do the right thing and promptly return our credit as you promised. This is a small community. Keep your respect and do the right thing!
