Not too happy right now. Took my tractor there with three requests: repair my air conditioner, fix my brakes and replace my engine air filter. My air conditioner was fixed but nothing else. The bill was $1813 of which $272 was for the brakes. Noticed the brakes not working when Ioaded it. So had to unload and drive back into their shop and wait for the brakes to be repaired. The technician stated that the brake linkage was never lubed or adjusted. He had to remove the linkage, put it in a vice, spray penetrating oil onto it and really work it hard to break the jam nut free. After a he had it back together and adjusted. Didn't realize the engine air filter was not replaced until I got the tractor home and inspected it. The service writer was not much help.

We stopped at Riesterer & Schnell, in Pound, WI, on Oct 13, 2021. We were directed to Nathan Zeitler. We told him what we were lookin for (1025R tractor) & he came up with a price for that & a 47" snowblower. We had a 729 JD with snowblower & belly mower to trade in. He came out the following Mon, to look at our used JD & on Tuesday, he got us a trade in price, etc to do a trade in sale. That, plus the zero% financing, $500 off & Brian's military Veteran's discount sealed the deal. On October 28th, he came to our home to deliver the tractor & snowblower, with the desired wheels on it. He took our used JD back with him. Nate is a top notch employee there. He is courteous, honest & an overall nice person to deal with. We are happy!

So we cancelled our order for the tractor. It has been 3 weeks and they still haven't returned our $200.00 deposit
