Lamp Lite Motel

Closed. I moved from Ohio planning to stay here and nowhere online does it say it's closed. But yeah, apparently the owner has dimentia and it hasn't been open for awhile. The Lamp Lite Motel is permanently closed.

Family friendly...family owned for more than 30 years...not fancy but clean and comfortable.

For the other reviewers and complainers: You get what you pay for. Its decor could be outdated, or you can look at it as being kitchy retro. For $45-$60/night, it is a comfortable, quiet, family owned place to rest for a night. The owners were friendly and accessible and the TV and A/C worked great.

Yikes!!!!!!! Please get arrested and aleep in jail before paying to stay in bug + u name it filth.. i hate myself for staying here. I got like 45. Min of sleep, and i swear there evil presences here.. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I don't understand why everyone is talking s*** about this place. Yes the parking lot is empty 99% of the time and yes they do have old t.v's in there room but why B**** about having to pay a little extra for the air conditioner? It's a cheap room for a night cheaper then any other motel/hotel. So yes people should have to pay that extra $5 a day for the air conditioner. the people that own it and run it and clean it themselfs are an older couple. If u don't like it stay away from it don't come on here and tell people not to stay there. They need to make a living as well. It's a lot better then it was 2 years ago when I stayed there but I still stayed the 2 weeks I paid for. My only problem was my fiance worked 3rd shift so I was alone at night. The people that own/run the place ain't scary or rude. They mite be rude to u people that complain about shot and are rude towards them. So to the people that are reading this that haven't stayed there just give it a chance. It's cheap per night probably cheaper by the week. Then you will have that extra $ to spend towards something fun or something u may want. This is my opinion. So come on let's hear what bad things people can talk about me and MY REVIEW.
