Sorry Mike, the owner has been dealing with some health issues and has periodic help in the office. That will hopefully change soon. It’s unfortunate that you feel the way you do, but I do know the quality of work is second to none and the owner makes sure all clients are happy. You don’t stay in business for over 60 years if the work/service isn’t top notch.

Left 4+ messages over two days and never got a call back. Drove by the office, which looked more like a staging area for fencing in a shipyard than an "office." They're one of the few outfits in town installing fencing, but must have more work than they can handle because they don't bother calling back. They also have old-school answering machine with old guy on it that makes you wonder if it ever gets checked.
