        Does a good job comparison insurance needs auto home rental

        We have been customers for several years and have only ever felt valued when we first signed up with them. Mitch & the folks at this office, never answer their phone. We have left countless voicemails and it takes them weeks to get back to us. When someone does answer the phone, they are always having "technical issues" or Mitch is unavailable and we are told to call back. They are very difficult to work with. We filed a claim for an auto accident and we were given incorrect information on how the process would proceed. Paperwork has gone unfiled with no follow-up and we have been overcharged. We are currently looking for a new agent, and we have been told that we are grossly overpaying anyway. Do not recommended using this office.
