        Great staff, very accommodating, Technicians extremely knowledgeable & experienced. All processes are defined up front with each procedure walked through step by step which places the patient at ease. The doctor utilizes the same openness, very easy to converse with and extremely good at explaining where you are with your sight and defines options that will serve you whether you are still employed no matter what positioned or retired.

        Wonderful experience at 20/20 today for hubby's yearly eye exam.Everyone as usual very friendly and efficient.Very comfortable experience for both hubby and myself,I always go in for exam,mainly to hear everything Dr Wicklund says and to ask ??, The lady that did preliminary exam,don't recall her name was very helpful,marvelous job,should of given 5 star rating.I love everything about whole staff I have been going to 20/20 for over 30 yrs Always very happy with first class service. We recommend them to everyone that asks about eye dr.preference.my sister also goes to 20/20 also,she feels same way I so.Excellent is only rating I can give
