        Very nice guy. Does very good work. But he's very unorganized. Several times hes told me he's going to come over to my house and give me a quote and he doesn't show up and he doesn't call. I felt like I was always chasing him down. I appreciate the work he did for me, but I feel like I'm always waiting on him. So, we're going with someone else for windows replacements at the house. I think if he could get some kind of software or get an assistant to handle his scheduling, he'd have a great company.
