        I purchased potted Black Hill Spruce in late 2021. By spring of 2022 all the trees were dead whether they were planted or retained in pots. I contacted the seller and was told to contact their office. I spoke with the office personnel and they promised to return my call. After waiting for two weeks, I called back and learned they were closed for the season. The seller then told me they do not provide any warranty. Since I purchased the same species of trees from another source and none of those trees died, the evidence strongly suggests poor workmanship by the seller.
