Alay Health Team

I have had the best experiences with this health team. My provider, Bobbi Jo Durst, is extremely helpful. She answered ALL of my questions and she doesnt make me feel too uncomfortable to ask them. She properly educated me on not only my condition, but also on my medications. She also educated me on what I had been previously prescribed, which made us realize that one of my medications was almost having a negative effect on me. She not only fixed some of my concerns, but she informed me on why and how. I appreciate everyone who worked with me and even those in the background who didnt work directly with me. You have helped me and you have absolutely changed my life. Thank you so much!

Had a good Provider but then they charged me full price after she left, even though the sessions were supposed to be free though our Nike health benefit. They never properly billed and then refused to provide their Tax ID number so I could be reimbursed. They are unprofessional. Go elsewhere.

My teen was a client of Alay Health for a year. From difficulties in obtaining multiple medications in a timely manner to billing issues and not a single call back ever when issues would arise (often) sent me to seek out other options. If you want proper professional care for your love one, this is not the place. Disappointed to say the least on how Alay Health is incapable of delivering high quality care from all departments.
