        I had knee replacement surgery there. It was a piece of cake, NO PAIN experience! All medical professions were incredibly caring.

        I know it's the ER... They have a million things going on. But if you're LGBTQ+ and/or struggling with a mental illness and you're going through a crisis. I would go somewhere else, I've been in the back for 2 hours now and been deadnamed and had wrong pronouns used everytime they've interacted with me, which hasn't been very frequent (it's written correctly on the board and on the paperwork...). The severity of my mental illness has also been invalidated many times. At this rate I wish I had kept my mouth shut about my concerns and saved time and money...
