    My experience was much less than satisfactory. I was given a white gold bracelet as a gift at Christmas. I wanted to exchange it because I don't wear white gold...I wear yellow. Mind you....this bracelet was never even removed from box or tried on. A and E would NOT refund money even tho they had no yellow gold for me to pick from. So I had to order from a catalog. Ordering from the catalog is considered a special order and you are obligated to keep it. My new item was not as I or the sales girl expected but there was nothing she could do about it. Most businesses want happy customers. Not these guys. All they seemed to care about was keeping our money. Bottom line....you can find much better customer service than this.

    My husband bought my engagement ring from here a little over a year and a half ago. He was so proud of the diamond and the setting he picked out. Which made me even prouder to wear it. In the year and a half I've probably only been able to wear it 9 months. 5-6 different times one of the side diamonds would fall out and we'd take it in to get fixed and everytime we were told something different such as don't wear it so much maybe that'll help keep the stones. My husband asked a number of times if he bought a ring that didn't have enough prongs to hold those diamonds in. They'd say no. The 4th time a stone fell out he was very ticked off and told them something needed to be done. Their solution was to add more gold to help hold the stones in but that we'd have to pay 500.00 to do that after we'd already spent 3000.00 on the ring. We weren't going to do that spend more money on a ring that we weren't sure if was going to work. So less than 2 month after we got the ring back another stone fell out! I took it in and the lady said yeah the problem with this ring is that the prongs aren't strong enough to hold the diamonds in. Ok so why sell my husband a ring knowing that this happens?!?! Let's just say my husband had them take apart my wedding band from my engagement ring and take out the head stone that cost him so much. So now I sit without a ring that my husband worked so hard for. To save for a new ring that we'll go elsewhere to buy. While a broken 3000.00 ring goes to waste and can never be worn. A&E should be ashamed of themselves!!!
