Horrible manager name Lidia, she was so rude and ,not smiling,not answer question didn't help witj anything ,also discriminated me and my family while was shopping in the store. Terrible manager ,I don't think she should not work with people if she doesn't like them and not doing her job!

Great deals but experienced weird and unfriendly sales associate at the register who never made eye contact. On the other hand there was another gal on the floor was more polite. Would just ignore next that kind of treatment next time around.

After trying to return a jacket that had the wrong size labeled by the manufacturer on the actual jacket not just on the price tag I was told the "Outlet" store is not a retail store and could not accept the return. I had purchased it in Appleton. I was also told that they didnt carry that jacket, but had one similar of a lesser quality.... For the same price! When I search for this outlet mall store it links me to the exact same website as the store in Appleton. Very dissapointed. Would not recommend the going to The Childrens Place OUTLET.
