Mark is not trustworthy at all.I caught him lying to us several times during our build.He does not honor his bids, he will go over and not tell you until the end and give you thousands of dollars over in bills.If you don't pay them he will not sign a lien release on your home.He told us everything we wanted to hear before the build then did not stick to any of it on his contract.He was unprofessional, he charged us for things we did not have done.He went 25K+ over on the build with no change orders or notice until the final draw.He went 3-4 months past his contract date for the build.We had to fix mistakes on our own, he did not take responsibility when things went wrong.He would do some of the jobs himself terribly when we were told he would hire a professional to do them.He would take money from us for subs and then not pay the subs.He absolutely should not be a GC, run, don't walk the other way if you are thinking of hiring him.
