My name is Pamela Christenson. I am the mother of Juanita who actually hired this company to replace my garage door. I am the recipient of the new garage door your company installed. The work done on the install was done fast, efficient, and without complaint. Carl the installer, was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, quite obviously very experienced, and a joy to have working on our new garage door. He was such a pleasant person to speak to. He explained everything in great detail, leaving no questions needing to be asked. In my opinion, he went above and beyond the call of duty. I feel he deserves a raise. He was genuinely nice, friendly, and just a joy to speak to. He has a great uplifting personality. It is obvious he truly enjoys his work, and he shows that energy and enthusiasm as he works. This set my mind at ease, knowing I could trust both him and his work. I will most definitely be recommending this company, and employee, to my friends and family. Not only is my new garage door absolutely beautiful, but the work was done with perfection. The company as a whole, was very pleasant to work with. My daughter stated she contacted Justin, who helped to set up, and schedule the work to be done. They were thorough, friendly, and responded within a timely manner. I can not say enough to praise this company. I am genuinely that happy! Kudos to Carl , and Kudos to Overhead Door Company. I know I will be enjoying my beautiful, new garage door for many years to come.

We had a broken spring on the garage door. I thought about replacing it myself. Really glad I didn't. I called Overhead Door 7 Rivers Region and the price quoted was very reasonable. Jeff came out and replaced both springs in less than 45 minutes. Awesome job and I'd recommend this company to anyone. Thanks.
