Eastside Apartments

Poorly maintained. Parking lot looks like it's been through an earth quake, garages flood during spring, for awhile parking lot wasnt getting plowed during the winter. And when it was getting plowed it wasnt till like 8am when everyone was already trying to go to work and would get stuck and much more.

DON'T MOVE HERE! We had the loudest upstairs neighbors, property wasn't maintained very well, our belongs kept getting stolen and the building manager was very unprofessional! They didn't follow the lease and kept saying "that's not how it works here" even though the lease doesn't say anything about it. Charged us through the roof after we moved out for damages caused by a previous tenant. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Absolutely DO NOT move here! The Manager is extremely hard to work with and she talks down to everyone like she's above you. The owner jacks the rent up every year ranging from $20-35. I believe the carpets are still the original from 25 yrs ago. Mine has bleach spots, paint and what looks to be shredded by a cats scratching. And honest to God, the owner said to me, "you think this is bad, you should see the rest." The apartments never get painted between tenants (unless someone tries to burn the place down. Yes, that did happen). And the worst part was, I had to hire people to help me clean the apartment before we could move in because it was SO gross. The Manager doesn't clean. She told me that it's the responsibility of the previous tenant to clean when they move out.
