We ended up more work with other landscaping companies since this one left us hanging! Tammy is good with words and can be very convincing but think twice before dealing with her. Not happy with this one, there are a lot more people who are honest to work with.

Willow Tree Landscaping Solutions worked at a location across the street from my elderly mother's home. I had scheduled a tree service to remove some dead trees from my mother's property which create a dangerous situation. Willow Tree Landscaping Solutions vehicles, trailers and equipment were parked and blocked my mother's entire property and all access to it. (This was the second day in a row that they did so.) They also left a large trailer and an enormous hill of dirt in the street very near a fire hydrant overnight. That hydrant would have been very difficult if not impossible to access by emergency services. My mother, who is a senior citizen and a widow first attempted to reason with the men performing the work regarding the scheduled arborists requiring access to her property. One of the men yelled at her. He actually raised his voice at her. I then contacted Tammy, who answered the phone at Willow Tree Landscaping Solutions and I politely attempted to reason with her regarding this issue. I informed her that I had been forced to cancel the tree service I had scheduled to remove dead trees at my mother's property because Willow Tree Landscaping Solutions equipment was blocking any and all access to my mother's property, and I was calling on my mother's behalf as she is elderly. Tammy at Willow Tree Landscaping Solutions informed me that she "didn't care". Tammy stated that these are my mother's "troubles" and not Tammy's. She then reiterated a second time that she does not care about my mother's "troubles". This was my experience with Willow Tree Landscaping Solutions as a female, and my mother's experience with Willow Tree Landscaping Solutions as a female senior citizen.
