It's been about 10 years and LOVE my windows. I needed some little catches yesterday (a little safety device to restrict how high they can open) and Steve just gave them to me. I so recommend them, And they are stylish too. My energy bills have gone down and stay down. Ted Tuescher was my installer and you couldn't have had a nicer guy.

There are parts of my Wasco Windows that I love. Wisconsin made, triple pane, tilt n turn, heavy duty mechanics solidly built. Spent a lot of money on replacing every window in the house and love to show everyone who comes over how many lock points are activated when closing. Two things went very wrong. Each of my right side handles is lower than the left one. On EVERY window. After three years and three attempts I still do not have screens for the four windows in my living room. How can a company not get the right size screens for windows they made??? The last time they made me measure it and I had only measured the opening, not knowing that when they give measurements they add something (1/2inch?) to include extra for a surrounding flange. The end result was the screens fit completely within the opening. I should not be responsible for measuring. Frankly, the screens I do have installed on the other windows are the worst functioning screens ever. They do not lie flush against the window frame (arrived bowed and the builder did his best to bend them the other way) some of the pins had to be forced at awkward angles to meet the corresponding holes, and the house ends up filled with bugs if I dare open any windows at night. I do not like A/C, so this is a major pain point for me. Every summer I curse my Wasco windows. I just built another building and went with Anderson 100 inexpensive windows. The windows are not as efficient or cool, but the screens are GREAT. Service: Custom windows

Our windows were done in 2015,,, they did a fantastic job! There was some delay mixup at the shop, it was handled right away promptly and apologies. They were on it no more problems afterward. Really appreciate the work done. The work crew very mannerable and courteous.

We met with many window companies here in the Milwaukee area but decided on WASCO because of the knowledge and comfort that our salesman (John Hanus) provided to us about the product, service and warranty that WASCO provides. We spent $17,692.00 on WASCO windows over 10 years ago and are still 100% satisfied with our windows and would not hesitate to make the same decision all over again. Services: Custom windows, Window installation

I just washed my windows and even a 75 year old can do it. I chose Wasco because the windows are made in Wisconsin, they are of high quality and the installation was the neatest I ever experienced after having done this in two other houses with another installer.
