        Visited Kohl's to buy a new pair of New Balance shoes. Kohl's has the best price. The shoes proved to be defective, so I returned them and exchanged them for another pair. The exchange was quick, painless & zero dollars.

        Extremely disappointed with my last visit here. When I was finally ready to checkout I went to someone who was open at the customer service desk. They were extremely rude and unwelcoming. When she scanned all of my stuff I was told that my 30% off coupon would not work on anything I picked out. Im aware that Nike, Adidas, Under Armor, etc is always exempt from this deal, but I got some IZOD shirts, a couple of columbia shirts, and some Nunn Bush shoes for work. Hardly name brand besides the Columbia shirts. My coupon worked for none of this, so instead of saving a couple hundred bucks for work clothes, I ended up spending way more than I wanted to and left with a bad taste in my mouth from the horrible experience. I would have canceled the purchase, but I spent too much time trying everything on and whatnot. The only reason I go to Kohls is to get nice work clothes that I can save money on. Now I have no reason to go back.
