I have a rather unique perspective when it comes to the home building experience. I am a subcontractor for Wausau Homes (and several other builders). This is the first time that i ever have written a review for a builder.
Over the time period that I have worked on these projects i have seen Steve be nothing but professional. In talking to him as we are planning out jobs, it is clear to me that he cares for the customer a great deal. There are many extras that he does for the homeowner just because he has a desire to provide the best experience possible for his client.
If you are looking to build a home, i feel that the level of kindness and professionalism that Steve brings to the table exceeds many other builders that i work with. He is someone that will make sure that your final product is everything that you hoped for and more.
