Over the past week I've been there 3 times all my Doctors and there staff have been very friendly and supportive. This week I was seen by Dr. Hong and his staff for a procedure and everything went great. They made a procedure that everyone hates go smooth. Nobody likes going to the hospital, but if I have to go it'll be New London if I have a choice. A++ 5 stars great people and great staff

Would not recommend getting a regular doctor because in the last year I've add several and it's like every 2 months I have to change doctors because the first one quit which tells me this place has to be the bottom of the or they could the staff

Waited 3 hours for them to come and see my son about his 103 fever. They were completely unqualified and didnt seem to care. Giggling and chatting out in the hallway while my wife, son, and I waited 3 hours. Enough was enough and we left. Terrible experience and seemingly untrained staff

I called to see about seeing a doctor today. Courtney was extremely rude and unprofessional. If you cant answer any questions, and you have zero customer service. Why would you be put in that position at a hospital. Disgraceful!
