My husband began with this company, they overcharged him because he lived with someone who had a auto accident ticket, not on his insurance, they had their own, but same address. We married and I trusted this company, I was overcharged $400 for my auto insurance because they didnt have a copy of my DL license. Isnt this their job to gather all the information on someone they are insuring! Bear Im mind, Im a driving instructor, so I think my record is good. We were steered the wrong direction with homeowners insurance as well, its been a battle. Im giving 2 stars for our new agent, she definitely tries and for the last follow up to get us our policy sent so quickly.

This company pays incredible detail to everything I needed. They did my car and my home insurance. Hell, they sent me a birthday card. Ill never go anywhere again. I feel incredibly valued as a client

Lorna is extremely rude. I updated my policy and they were unable to ensure my mortgage company received the correct paperwork thus causing my mortgage payment to increase. They initially refused to transfer me to management. I will be cancelling and leaving BBB complaint regarding this business.
