Location was as described. When booking, we were aware that this is a quaint set up, with smaller bathrooms etc. Good location for our needs as we were planning to visit Madison, Cave of the Mounds, etc. Owner was pleasant to talk to when booking our stay over the phone. And they emailed instructions ahead of time so we didn't have to 'check-in' and merely entered the key pad code to gain access to our room.

We initially decided to stay at the Little Village since most other locations in the area were full. We typically stay at big chain hotels. We found that this was a much better option than any chain hotels in the area. We wanted to ride bikes on the Military Ridge trail and it was right next to the motel. The owners let us keep our bikes in their garage. The room was super clean, updated and very quiet. We will be staying there next time we are in the area regardless of availability at other lodging options.

Updated room treatments, including modernized en-suite bathrooms, in an old school motel property. What I mean by that is the room sizes are very modest, and the street appeal speaks of by-gone era motels. And that is kinda my thing. I really like this property. I think it's well managed, and I enjoy my stays.
