        Attorney Peter Waltz made a bad mistake on a neighbor's property deed that actually included land that was owned by my family. He admitted that he had a subordinate draw up the legal description and did not review it before he signed off on it. Also, he refuses to take ownership of his mistake and correct it. Very unprofessional. Do not hire. Period.

        Peter allows clients (sisters) to steal family heirloom guns. Allows them to make fake spreadsheets and lie about family estates. Will not show paperwork even to another attorney. vehicles were stolen out of an estate. He didn't care. He should lose his license over it. He is also a very dishonest attorney in person and on the phone.
