Always excellent and expert care for our dogs when they are injured or ill. Open 24/7 so never stress about whether they are there for us! Staff is so nice. Dogs respond well to their care.

This place is a bunch of careless petty greedy people, our dog was cooling they refused medical care even though we agreed to pay we just had to do 2 payments. We has enough cash right away to cover emergency visit and to knock out while they looked at mouth but they had to charge just to look or monitor. They make you sign a hippa for dogs and cats so in an emergency situations $ should come last like at a human emergency care facility. Paw health is pathetic I hope they get denied medical care sometime when they are in crisis.

Bringing in our distressed pet, we weren't sure what to expect from a clinic that we have never been to before. When we called Paws to inform them of our emergency situation with our cat, young man who answered was very kind and professional.
Upon our arrival they checked us in quickly and took our pet back into the exam rooms for immediate examination. No more than 30 minutes in the waiting room, they informed us that our pets vitals were stable and she was resting comfortably.
An additional 3.5 hours passed and we were on our way out with medications that fixed her serious issues.
We can't thank them enough for the expert consultation and care they gave us that night. We also understand that other animals brought to them that evening were in more desperate need than ours, so the total time in/out of 4 hours was perfectly acceptable. By all means...treat the more distressed animals first.
Even though they were extremely busy that evening, the staff kept us informed and treated us with professionalism at all times.
Paws has significant investment in this location which is evident when you walk in. Comfortable waiting room, clean bathrooms and education/consultation rooms to meet with multiple vets treating our pet.
