I am not one to write reviews (good or bad) but I felt compelled to share our experience to spare another bride from tears and disappointment. Nothing and I mean nothing looked remotely like the pictures we had shared with her. When I called her three hours before the wedding, she apologized but made no effort to come fix anything. In a later discussion, she admitted she had no flowers to fix it! Fortunately my talented sister-in-laws ran to the local Piggly Wiggly, bought everything they could find, rushed back to the venue and managed to make a disaster into something beautiful. Unfortunately my daughter's bridal bouquet that she had picked out for two years, looked nothing like she had wanted and couldn't be fixed. My advice if you are planning a wedding. Do NOT hire Flowers by Kim.

Five stars isn't enough for Kim! I called from Colorado to order flowers be sent to a friend's brother's wake in Monroe. Kim knew exactly who I was calling about, exactly where/when the viewing and funeral would take place, and exactly how to get them there. I gave Kim a budget and she made the most stunning arrangement I have ever seen. While I wish it was a happier occasion, Kim made a difficult day for my friend a bit sweeter with this stunning arrangement.
