        There are not a lot of fast food options from the HWY 53 stretch from Rice Lake to Superior. So A&W is a perfect in between spot.

        Good food, but un-godly slow!! Ok, I love A&W but this place is consistently the slowest drive thru on the planet. I go here once a week and you will have a minimum 20 minute wait at the drive thru. Tonight, it was 35 minutes. Not acceptable. Update: 4/2/2022. MUCH better! Prompt, good staff, hot fresh food. Thanks!

        U know I'm all about that foot long Weiner!!! Typical fast food food. Service was good. They are short staffed but I thought we got our food in a timely matter.

        From an ex employee, the staff is treated very poorly and one of the girls that works there doesnt brush her hair. Hairnets are not required in the kitchen and the dumpster is way too close to the kitchen. Not to mention the owners response is always the same for bad reviews so it just goes to show that no one actually cares about changing the establishment if you can call it that.

        My family and I avoid this place because its usually terrible service, and cold gross food. We decided to give it another shot and we are not disappointed. The guy who waited on us in the drive thru was very polite and food was hot and fresh. Exactly what I remember. Hopefully this staff hangs around for a little bit! Awesome.
