        Kristen is very polite and knowledgeable when it comes to differences in products. She was also very accommodating & understanding when we made an error ordering box spring height and gladly made the change and sent the installers back with correct size. There was absolutely no pressure to make a sale when we were comparing comfort so we highly recommend Sleep Central.
