Funjet Vacations

Horrible company and thinking legal action is next. Called to get a refund from our cancelled flight for March and have gotten nothing but a runaround. Its like a used car lot and them needing to contact the airline directly or a different department or manager promised a refund three times now and still nothing. Why would Frontier refund us the money when we paid Funjet?? Never the same answers and some representatives are just rude! No confirmation number for the refund when I asked. They had the incorrect amount to refund no email confirmation that was suppose to be sent to me after our callit is a total joke!!! Our friends are getting the same BS and same runaround every time they call. Dont use this company!!! Its literally seems like a scam!

I don't even know where to begin. The communication amongst this company is horrible. They do nothing to appease a customer due to their own lack of communication on policy & procedures. They try to up charge on everything & are not upfront on cancelation policies until of course they process a fee that changed 2/3 different times. After all of the unchanging & being quoted different fees to update a name on a reservation I'm told there's nothing they can do for there incompetence & my only option is to cancel & have to wait for my money over 8-10 weeks. I also don't understand how there is no info to speak with a supervisor a d can not be transferred to one?!

If I could give this company a 0 I would. I purchased a vacation through another travel agent through Funjet. On Aug 5 I was supposed to go to Jamaica. I purchased the travel protection with the option to cancel for any reason and receive a refund to the method of payment used to purchase the vacation. My covid results did not come back in time so I contacted my agent and told her I needed to cancel my vacation. She tried to call FunJet at 3am however their office didn't open until after my plane left and even then they never answered the phone or the call would drop every time she would ask to speak to someone in their post travel department. Since then I have been told they were waiting for American Airlines to approve my refund however because Funjet never answered the phone the airlines has my ticket showing as a no show. I paid Funject directly for my airfare so they are the ones that need to refund my money. The representative from American Airlines said they couldn't refund my money to me because I didn't pay them. Funjet purchased my ticket with bulk fare. I was thankfully refunded the resort amount after waiting months and months. Now my travel agent is saying the post travel department no longer exists. It is now January 2022 and I still don't have any answers for my refund of my flight. I am a travel agent also and this is disgraceful that companies can operate like this breaching contracts and not providing refunds to those that purchase travel insurance. And of course they will reply and say contact them... but I have done that and every time I call I am disconnected or someone tells me I can't speak to a manager.

they received my cash refund from southwest airlines in may 2021 now months later they want to give travel credit ,I will never use this company again
