        It is rare to experience someone in customer service treating people so disrespectfully, but the receptionist at Knight Berry is definitely the exception. She was so rude and snide, it just makes no sense.

        I have closed on 9 properties here. It has never been a good experience. The front desk lady likes to say rude things and blame you for their bad system then start hysterically laughing. I asked for a printout of my closing for the past year and she wanted me to call 4 different people. I don't have time to play phone tag with 4 different people.
