I lived 2 years at a property with Mackximus LLC. They were amazing people to work with! I was able to customize my apartment the way I wanted including painting and yard work! They allow you to use an app to put in work orders and make rent payments which was not only convenient but simple! Kyle chooses really good properties to renovate and they really make it feel like home. Thank you Kyle for allowing me to make a house a home for the past 2 years!

I rented from Kyle and Mackximus LLC for about a year and a half and I was thoroughly pleased with my experience. As a landlord, he was extremely helpful from the first time we went to a showing. Kyle was honest and set realistic expectations for the initial background check and his process for choosing tenants. Everything was done online which made the process extremely convenient. Kyle is extremely dependable regardless of what the issue is, big or small. He had just recently bought the property and had done an excellent job renovating. My partner and I immediately fell in love with the unit and as a bonus he even brought new appliances into the home. Mind you, this was after we had already agreed to rent the property. During our walkthrough Kyle even helped point out minor issues that he was planning on addressing such as a new sink faucet which was taken care of within a week of moving in. If there was an issue at any point during our time renting from Kyle, we would receive a response the same day and it was often addressed as soon as the next. All the handymen Kyle used, be it for heating, plumbing or appliances, were extremely professional and punctual. We even managed to lock ourselves out one morning and Kyle showed up within a half hour to let us in. Kyle is most certainly one of the most professional and down to earth landlords I have ever dealt with. When the time came to move out, he made the transition as easy as possible. Just like when we moved in, he set realistic expectations for what needed to be done prior to the move out date and was incredibly understanding. After the final walk through, Kyle was very thankful that we took such good care of the home. He didnt nit-pick at all and paid back the full deposit. I would certainly look forward to renting from Kyle Mack and Mackximus LLC in the future.
