Having had a Macular Hole surgery that left me without vision in my left eye years ago, I was worried that the stage four macular hole in my right eye would leave me with no vision. But Dr. KIM was amazing!!! I can see with my right eye due to her skill and the excellent care I received from everyone who works with her. Thank you.

Back again since last year.. Absolutely horrible wait time. Our appointment was at 11am it is now 1:20 pm and we're still waiting. Some staff is very rude, while others are nice .. This wait time is insane ..

My mom fell and injured her eye 4 days ago. We were referred here by CSM Ozaukee. I still haven't received a call from them, after placing 3 calls myself. Luckily mom is in no pain, but has a shattered eye socket and is probably going to have sight problems. Personally I never leave my office without returning all calls. They have left for 3 days running without returning mine. Won't go here

Plan on waiting at minimum 45 minutes to an hour regardless what time your appointment is scheduled for. I scheduled 1st appointment in the morning, first after lunch and several times throughout the day as well as different days throughout the week with no change. I even cane an hour early! Sad situation!
