Special Considerations

Please note :

1. Payment must be received before link to upload your documents or link to video signing is created and sent to singer's email account. 

2. Each signer should have access to their own email account. If there is more than one signer, please enter all correct information in the details area. 

3. Enter your information as it appears on the ID or Passport you will be using for the KBA and Credential Analysis.

4. Must be a US person over 18 with valid social security number, and US work/financial/residency at least 5 years

5. Must be able to pass KBA quiz within 2 minutes with 4 out of 5 answered correctly. You can only attempt the quiz twice within a 24hr time frame. If you fail twice you must find another notary.

6. Smartphone capable of sending/receiving SMS text and email device with internet connection, able to capture photos of ID and upload

7. Computers and laptops with webcam and microphone

8. Browsers that are supported: Chrome, Firefox, and Safari (on iOS )

9. If you have a Firewall or using a VPN, please make sure you can access our servers before entering the meeting with the notary. 

10. Close all browsers except email prior to meeting.

11. WiFi should be fast and reliable (broadband preferred).
