Nova Musik

Great experience. Purchased a Leslie Studio 12+ bundle. Nova was the only seller that had the + variant (birch cabinet), whereas everyone else was selling the older MDF version without a hint that is was obsolete. Also received free shipping on an otherwise costly 100 lb order. Either one would be sufficient as a decision tipping point, but gained both. Scott helped not only in sales assistance but in helping track the shipment (freight common carrier). Five stars.

Nova Musik used to be in a small storefront in Downtown Milwaukee, and before that they had a different name and a different location in Downtown Milwaukee. Now they have a small showroom (a really small showroom!) inside of Kraft Music down in Oak Creek. Their primary focus has always been keyboards and synthesizers. Since going online, they've branched out into being a specialist-store in synthesizers that are unusual or more high-end, as well as effects, recording and accessories. The staff has always been knowledgeable and helpful, and I've gotten some good synths from them over the years. Only thing that brings their rating down from a five-star is their limited hours, and the fact that it's really hard to try out some of the gear since they no longer have a real showroom/storefront of their own. I really dislike buying an instrument I haven't had a chance to play several times before buying. Other than that, they are first-class operation, and definitely worth checking out.
